Job Title: System Administrator

Detailed Job Description:

The role of a System Administrator involves the management of Windows Server environments, cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to fill this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Windows Server Administration:
    • Configure, maintain: Windows Server environments.
    • Administer: Active Directory (AD), Group Policies (GPOs), DHCP, DNS.
    • Manage: User accounts, permissions, access controls.
  • Cloud & Identity Management:
    • Administer: Office 365 and G-Suite accounts, licenses, email security.
    • Manage: Azure AD, MDM, MAM, Intune, Jamf for device/application management.
    • Implement: Monitor Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and SSO integrations.
  • Networking & Security:
    • Configure: Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, switches, wireless networks.
    • Manage: Firewalls (Fortinet) network security policies.
    • Monitor: 3CX phone systems, IP telephony.
  • Hardware & Peripheral Management:
    • Install: Configure, troubleshoot printers, scanners, CCTV/IP cameras.
    • Maintain: IT asset inventory lifecycle management.
  • Virtualization & Backup:
    • Manage: VMware/Hyper-V environments server virtualization.
    • Monitor: Maintain backup recovery solutions business continuity.
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Provide: L2/L3 support end-user issues system errors connectivity problems.
    • Document: Maintain IT knowledge base.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience: 2.5–3 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Technical Requirements:
    • Strong Knowledge: Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 Active Directory.
    • Hands-on Experience: DHCP, DNS, Group Policy File Server Management.
    • Expertise: Office 365, G-Suite, Azure AD, Intune, MDM/MAM, Jamf.
    • Understanding: Networking concepts TCP/IP VLANs VPN.
    • Experience: Managing Fortinet firewalls.
    • Knowledge: Virtualization platforms VMware Hyper-V.
    • Familiarity: Backup solutions disaster recovery procedures.
    • Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills work pressure.
    • Skills: Excellent communication documentation skills.
