About the Role

As a skilled educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of students. Your passion for teaching and commitment to excellence will create a supportive learning environment that fosters growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Degree Planning: Deliver engaging subject-specific lessons to students, developing well-structured lesson plans and preparing comprehensive educational content.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Assess students' progress and performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment in the classroom.
  • Exam Preparation: Prepare students for board examinations (for class 10), ensuring they are adequately equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
Required Qualifications
  • Pass 10th & 12th standard from a recognized board.
  • A bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
  • Have a minimum of 55% marks in graduation.
  • A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
  • Candidates must have qualified the CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) or State TET for upper primary and secondary classes.
  • Have proficiency in the language of instruction, typically English.
  • Other eligibility criteria - All degrees and diplomas should be from a recognized institution.
  • Teaching experience is desirable.
