Job Description:The primary objective of this role is to provide instruction, guidance, and support to students in specific subject areas. English educators are responsible for designing and delivering lessons, assessing students' progress, providing feedback, and facilitating a learning experience that helps students develop knowledge, skills, and understanding.
- Ensure the lesson plan prepared is followed along with the mentioned resources and activities.
- Ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
- We should make use of effective pedagogical styles to suit different aptitudes, learning styles, and interests of the students.
Key Responsibilities include ensuring discipline is maintained in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school, promoting maximum student participation, and assisting students in improving study habits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Graduate & Post Graduate Degree in English with B.Ed (mandatory) and 1-4 years of relevant experience.
