">- Export Growth Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales in international markets.
- Identify and onboard new distributors, agents, and clients globally.
Market Analysis & Planning:
">- Conduct research to identify new market opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Client Relations:
">- Maintain and grow relationships with international clients.
- Address client inquiries, complaints, and provide post-sales support.
Documentation & Compliance:
">- Oversee export documentation, including invoices, LC, and certificates.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.
Collaboration & Reporting:
">- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping agents for smooth operations.
Performance Monitoring:
">- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
">- Education: MBA/PGDM in International Business.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the foodservice or FMCG industry. Proven track record of driving export growth.
Essential Skills:
">- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, and INCOTERMS.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Desirable Skills:
">- Experience in managing international client relationships.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
