Financial Crimes Manager Role

The Financial Crimes Manager role is a key position within our organization, responsible for supporting the audit portfolio and risk universe sections.
Key responsibilities include taking ownership of assigned areas, managing stakeholders, planning engagements, executing audit work, documenting results, and escalating issues to senior management.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable subject matter expertise in Financial Crime program components, experience in agile auditing, data analytics, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Support the Head of Audit in their management of the audit portfolio
- Take ownership of assigned areas during the audit engagement
- Help plan engagements by identifying key risk areas
- Execute and document audit work
- Evaluate principle Financial Crime risks
- Deliver continuous monitoring assignments
- Maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders
The successful candidate will be proactive, motivated, and able to operate with urgency and prioritize work accordingly.
They will also possess strong decision-making skills, a structured and logical approach to work, and excellent interpersonal skills.
