Transaction Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Monitoring specialist to manage tools and mitigate financial crime risk.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing technical roadmaps and DevOps practices to ensure the smooth operation of systems.
  • Leading agile methodologies and project management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Developing analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to drive business growth.
  • Fostering proficiency in SQL, HQL, Hive, Hadoop, and databases such as Oracle and HaaS to extract valuable insights from data.
  • Utilizing R, Python, SAS, STATA, C++, SCALA programming languages to build robust models and predictive analytics.

Required qualifications:

  • A postgraduate degree in Management/Statistics/Mathematics or a graduate degree in Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in Transaction Monitoring with at least 5 years focused on financial crime threat mitigation tools and platforms.
  • Certification from the ACAMS - Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists or equivalent is preferred.
