Job Description

The Group Finance Director is responsible for leading the overall financial management of the organization, including strategy, reporting, compliance, risk management, and investor relations.

This role requires a visionary thinker with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and deep expertise in corporate finance. The position involves working closely with the executive leadership team to ensure sound financial planning, resource allocation, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial operations across group entities and global business units.
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
  • Ensure accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Advanced financial qualification (CA / CPA / CMA / MBA) or equivalent.
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
Desirable Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience in IT Consulting, Technology, or Professional Services industry strongly preferred.
