Key Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving lowest possible cost per service, for all operating models, within the contractual framework and in line with value creation and efficiency goals.
Responsible for the operational partnership with external service partners, ensuring an excellent quality when meeting the customer.
Contribute to digital and operational development and deployment activities, providing expertise to drive business growth and customer value.
Responsible for the implementation of the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda within the area of responsibility.
Contribute to an inspiring and high-performing Service Fulfilment team, promoting equality, diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
