HubSpot Expert Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the management and optimization of our HubSpot CRM environment. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in managing campaigns, workflows, sequences, dashboards, reporting, and automation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement advanced workflows for marketing and sales automation.
  • Build and manage email sequences for lead nurturing and follow-ups.
  • Develop and optimize dashboards and custom reports to track key KPIs.
  • Ensure data integrity and effective segmentation within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other teams to align CRM usage with business goals.
  • Audit HubSpot setup to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Manage user permissions and system configurations.
  • Provide training and support to internal users and stakeholders.
  • Monitor system performance and stay current on HubSpot updates and best practices.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience working with HubSpot CRM in a mid-to-large scale organization.
  • Expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
  • Strong understanding of automation, email marketing, and lead management.
  • Proficiency in creating custom dashboards, reports, and campaign analytics.
  • Excellent knowledge of data management, CRM best practices, and GDPR compliance.
  • Experience with CRM integration is a plus.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • HubSpot certifications are highly preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with API integrations and third-party tools connected to HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with revenue operations or CRM strategy consulting.
  • Working knowledge of SQL or Excel for deeper data analysis.
