Job Title: IT Help Desk Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Help Desk Specialist to join our global team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide round-the-clock technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals via ticketing system
  • Monitor and respond to incidents within SLA timelines
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers
  • Support users across different time zones and ensure minimal downtime
  • Maintain logs of shift activities and handover reports for continuity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for coordinated support
  • Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications as needed
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely

Shift Details:

  • Rotational 24/7 support including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Must be flexible to work in three shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in IT help desk or related role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
