Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced logistics and procurement strategist to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and performance enhancement.
  • Optimize supply chain processes, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, to secure favorable terms with suppliers and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Oversee inventory levels to balance cost and availability, minimizing stock-outs or overstock situations, and implement inventory management systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Leverage supply chain software and tools to streamline operations and improve decision-making, analyzing data to identify trends, improve forecasting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record in managing supply chains, with expertise in ERP systems and supply chain management tools.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain principles, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong negotiation and vendor management skills, and ability to lead and motivate teams.

What We Offer

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will have opportunities for professional development, training programs, and a collaborative work environment.
