Our organization seeks a seasoned expert to oversee chip architecture and design execution. The ideal candidate will lead multi-block design integration, manage handoff and sign-off of key stages including RTL freeze, synthesis, place & route, static timing analysis, and DFT.

The selected individual will drive IP integration, clocking strategy, power domain definition, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate design and schedule risks.

They will work closely with external IP vendors and EDA tool providers to ensure seamless project execution.

A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Engineering is required. A Master's or PhD in VLSI Design, Microelectronics, or Computer Architecture is preferred.

Certifications: Advanced coursework or certification in SoC design or project management is beneficial but not mandatory.

Key Competencies:

Digital IC design expertise (RTL to GDSII), system-level architecture knowledge, timing closure skills, power-performance-area optimization abilities, UPF/CPF familiarity for low-power design, and understanding of design for manufacturability, test, and silicon debug are essential.
