Role Overview:

Seeking an accomplished Insurance Operations Leader to oversee large-scale, multi-client operations as a Vice President.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead delivery across multiple Insurance/BFSI accounts, managing a span of 2000–3000+ employees.
  2. Drive operational strategy, ensuring performance excellence, compliance, and client satisfaction.
  3. Own the profit and loss statement and deliver on growth, profitability, and efficiency metrics.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level clients primarily in the North American market.
  5. Lead digital and tech-enabled transformation initiatives across portfolios.
  6. Manage global transitions and implement governance models aligned with business objectives.
  7. Inspire, coach, and grow large teams; promote a culture of accountability and innovation.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Experience: 15+ years in Insurance (P&C preferred), BFSI, or related domains, with senior leadership experience.
  2. Global Exposure: Experience working with US/NA clients; understanding of regulatory and market dynamics.
  3. Leadership: Proven ability to manage high-scale delivery organizations (1500+ employees).
  4. Transformation: Hands-on experience with automation, tech-led transformation, and process reengineering.
  5. Financial Acumen: Strong profit and loss management and budget oversight experience.
  6. Stakeholder Management: Strong executive presence and experience managing multiple client and internal stakeholders.
  7. Operational Excellence: Knowledge of compliance, quality, and governance best practices.
