Financial Accountant Role

We are seeking a skilled financial professional with extensive experience in managing financial accounts, compliance, taxation, and audits. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, direct/indirect taxation, and internal audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Finalize accounts and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  2. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
  3. Handle the entire accounting process from journal entries to ledger scrutiny and reconciliation.
  4. Oversee GST computations and compliances.
  5. Coordinate the order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes for accurate accounting.
  6. Conduct periodic internal audits and assist in statutory audit processes.
  7. Analyze financial data for trends, variances, and support business decision-making.
  8. Communicate effectively with external auditors, consultants, and government authorities on financial and tax-related matters.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (AS), Companies Act, Income Tax, and GST.
  • Experience with ledger scrutiny and hands-on involvement in end-to-end accounting.
  • Familiarity with accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
