Automotive Software Expert

About this role

  • Analyzing customer specifications to derive requirements for Basic Software.
  • Implementing and testing AUTOSAR Basic Software components according to these requirements.
  • Collaborating with customers and counterpart teams to clarify needs, resolve issues, and ensure project alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Working with cross-functional teams including software developers, architects, and testers to integrate AUTOSAR Basic Software modules.
  • Troubleshooting complex integration problems and identifying root causes.

Key qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automotive, or Computer Science Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the automotive industry.

Required skills:

  • Proficiency in configuring, integrating, and testing AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) modules along with RTE across automotive ECUs.
  • Hands-on experience in developing complex device drivers and performing MCAL configuration for various microcontrollers.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in e-mobility systems such as battery management systems and inverters is an added advantage.
