  • Day-to-day Production Support: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues within the Oracle HCM environment.
  • Enhancements and Upgrades: Participate in the planning, development, and testing of system enhancements, including quarterly patch releases and major upgrades.
  • Issue Resolution: Conduct root cause analysis of production issues, implement effective solutions, and ensure timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud projects, including implementations, upgrades, and support.
  • Design, develop, and implement technical solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Lead in at least 2 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
  • Minimum one production support project experience within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of core HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding, Learning).
