About the Job :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Technical Developer with a strong focus on integrations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud and have a proven track record of delivering successful end-to-end implementations. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting complex integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems. You will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into technical solutions and providing ongoing support to our clients.

Responsibilities :

1. Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation and Development :

- Lead and participate in the technical aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with a focus on integrations.

- Contribute to at least 3 end-to-end HCM implementations, including at least 2 with Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, HCM Data Loader (HDL) scripts, OTBI reports, Fast Formulas, and Personalizations.

- Design and develop complex integrations and interfaces within Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Work extensively with various HCM modules, including Talent Management, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Compensation, and Global HR.

- Understand and translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and specifications.

2. Integrations and Interfaces :

- Design, develop, and test integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems.

- Utilize various integration tools and techniques to ensure data integrity and efficient data transfer.

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Monitor and maintain integration processes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

3. Client Interaction and Support :

- Participate in client-facing roles, including requirement gathering workshops, design reviews, testing phases, and go-live support.

- Conduct troubleshooting sessions with clients to identify root causes of issues, document findings, and provide solutions and workarounds.

- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their technical queries and resolving issues promptly.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction.

4. System Maintenance and Updates :

- Support monthly and quarterly updates, including impact analysis and system testing for critical business cycle rollouts.

- Perform thorough testing of changes and updates to ensure system stability and functionality.

- Document system changes and updates, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.

5. Technical Expertise and Knowledge :

- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud technical tools and technologies.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud features and functionalities.

- Familiarity with Redwood enablement for Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Apply best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Technical Developer.

- Proven experience in at least 3 end-to-end HCM implementations, with at least 2 in Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

1. HCM Extracts

2. BI Publisher (BIP)

3. HCM Data Loader (HDL)

4. OTBI

5. Fast Formulas

6. Personalizations

- Extensive experience in developing and supporting integrations and interfaces in Oracle HCM Cloud.

- Working knowledge of at least 3 HCM modules (Talent Management, ORC, Compensation, Global HR).

- Experience in client-facing roles, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and go-live.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in supporting monthly and quarterly updates.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -

- Familiarity with Redwood enablement for Oracle HCM Cloud. -

Desired Skills :

- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.

- Experience with other integration platforms.

- Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
