Executive Housekeeper Job Description

About this Role:

The Executive Housekeeper will lead the housekeeping team to achieve exceptional cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas. This role is pivotal in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of housekeeping staff to deliver outstanding service quality, focusing on prompt attention to detail and seamless communication among colleagues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and address any issues promptly, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Develop efficient cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize waste, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to safeguard both staff and guests, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
  • Effectively manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to minimize waste and maximize efficiency, promoting sustainability within our operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is highly preferred for this role.
