As a Scientific Content Specialist, you will be responsible for developing client-ready materials, such as slides, abstracts, manuscripts, and meeting materials, under the guidance of scientific leads.

  • Create high-quality content that meets client requirements and company standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, authors, reviewers, and stakeholders across various therapeutic areas
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors through written and verbal communication
  • Attend workshops, seminars, and trainings to enhance skills and contribute to organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with senior team members to support client meetings and events
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in medical communications
  • Apply creative knowledge to develop innovative medical communications initiatives in digital spaces

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in scientific writing or a related field
  • A PhD/MD (Pharmacology), PhD (Life Sciences), or PharmD with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication
  • Experience working on publications and maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to different materials and audiences
  • Familiarity with MS Office and biostatistics principles
  • Literature reviewing and evaluation capabilities
