Job Title: Lead Intercompany

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team of professionals, overseeing intercompany accounting processes and driving process excellence. As a seasoned finance expert, you will be pivotal in handling end-to-end IC processes, leveraging your expertise in consolidations accounting principles and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 3-4 members, overseeing day-to-day operations and resolving queries/problems.
  • Understand the IC accounting process and learn IC balances elimination logics set in Oracle FCCS.
  • Review Month End activities performed by the IC team, including handling billing for IC transactions of US entities.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve global IC variances and post top-side entries in Oracle FCCS for high-value variances.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of work experience in Finance Controllership / Consolidations, Inter-Company Accounting.
  • Thorough knowledge of Consolidations accounting principles and procedures.
  • Experience in handling Inter company accounting / IC ledger reviews / reconciliations etc.
  • Month end close experience is required.
  • Transformation projects experience will be an added advantage.
  • Team handling experience is required.
Desirable Skills:
  • Multiple ERP systems knowledge (SAP & QAD).
  • Consolidation Platform Experience (Oracle FCCS, Hyperion, Tagetik, Trintech etc.)- Good to Have.
  • Excellent excel skills.
  • Blackline- Good to Have.
Soft Skills:
  • Ability to communicate strongly and influence.
  • Ability to build successful relationships across the organization through collaboration, consensus building and interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Flexibility and good team leader.
  • Multi stake holder management.
