Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Engineer for Access Governance with hands-on expertise in designing and implementing policy-based access control solutions, strong coding abilities in Java and Python, and the ability to deliver end-to-end solutions.

This role requires collaboration across engineering and business stakeholders to develop authorization policies that safeguard sensitive data and ensure scalability across multiple enterprise systems.

  • Design and implement fine-grained access control using PlainID (Enterprise Policy Engine).
  • Integrate access policies across CRM systems, cloud data platforms, APIs, reporting tools, and applications.
  • Develop automation and integrations using Java and Python for policy enforcement, reporting, and monitoring.
  • Deliver regional and country-specific access policies ensuring compliance with global data protection standards.
  • Collaborate with multiple business domains to expand Enterprise Policy Engine adoption.
  • Act as a full-stack contributor: from requirement analysis, coding, testing, deployment, to integration support.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience with policy-based access control solutions.
  • Strong Java and Python programming skills for automation and integration.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and cloud data warehouses.
  • Solid understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and Zero Trust authorization models.
  • Experience with enterprise integrations.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
