Key Performance Indicators:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Line Management to oversee the entire product line for Fire Alarm, Access Control, and BMS solutions. This individual will be responsible for leading product management initiatives including pricing, material handling, inventory, and channel partner engagement.

This role requires a strong understanding of the products and their applications, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing cross-functional teams and working closely with marketing, BD, sales, and communication teams to execute launch plans and support B2B channel strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Product Roadmap Development: Create a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business margin goals, taking into account market trends, customer requirements, and competitive analysis.
  • Pricing and Channel Partner Engagement: Develop effective pricing strategies and engage with channel partners to ensure seamless distribution of products.
  • Customer Communication and Requirement Management: Collaborate with internal teams to manage customer requirements and provide timely updates on product development and launches.
  • Technical Pre-Sales Support: Provide technical expertise to customers and consultants to ensure successful implementation of our products.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in product line management, preferably in the fire safety industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • A deep understanding of the products and their applications, as well as current market trends and competitor analysis.
