Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibility

Integrations (50%)

- Assist in the development and maintenance of Workday integrations (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors)
- Translate business requirements into clear, structured integration specifications
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and downstream teams (e.g. payroll, reporting, IDM) to deliver robust integration solutions
- Support testing and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and technical integrity
- Document integration logic, error handling, and interface dependencies

Business Analysis & Testing (50%)

- Gather and document functional requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders
- Support testing (unit, regression, UAT), track issues, and validate outcomes
- Assist in end-user documentation and support materials
- Support basic reporting setups in Workday Report Writer and validate outputs against business expectations

Skills And Experience Required

- 25 years&apos experience in Workday or equivalent HRIS / integration support role
- Basic understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Learning, Talent) and how Workday integrates with systems like payroll, reporting tools, and identity management
- Experience documenting requirements and working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Understanding of data flows, APIs, XML or similar structures

Nice To Have

- Exposure to Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware tools
- Workday certification (especially in integrations)
- Experience working within Agile or structured delivery environments
