About This Role:

VHonk Digital is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand VHonk Digital's market presence.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business deals.
  • Manage Partnerships: Manage partnerships to ensure mutual benefits and successful collaborations.
  • Monitor and Report Performance: Monitor and report on sales performance and progress towards goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and securing new business opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
