We control the entire supply chain—from production to retail—ensuring high quality and strong brand presence. As we expand globally, we need a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our sales, distribution, and retail efforts across new markets.
Role Overview
This is not just a sales job—this is a business-building role. You will work directly with the CEO, learning how to establish new markets, set up distribution networks, retail stalls, and sales channels. You'll be the face of ODOD's global expansion, traveling across India and international markets to grow our brand from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Market Entry & Expansion: Identify and enter new markets by setting up stalls, retail points, and distributor networks.
Retail & Distribution Setup: Establish super stockists, regional distributors, and retailers across India and globally.
Sales Leadership: Lead from the front—sell ODOD products, train sales teams, and grow revenue.
Advertising & Branding: Execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase visibility.
Consumer Engagement: Set up tasting stalls, roadshows, and direct sales initiatives in high-footfall areas.
End-to-End Business Management: Oversee supply chain, logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment in new markets.
Team Building: Train and recruit local sales & distribution teams to expand operations.
Product Positioning: Work closely with the manufacturing and marketing teams to align branding with sales efforts.
What We're Looking For
Aggressive sales & business mindset – A true hustler who can sell, negotiate, and build networks.
Experience in FMCG, food products, retail, or exports preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to travel globally – be on the ground setting up businesses.
Leadership skills – ability to manage teams and scale operations.
Marketing & branding knowledge – understanding of consumer psychology & retail marketing is a plus.
Street-smart, go-getter, and problem solver – someone who makes things happen.
