Global Travel Security Professional

As a Global Travel Security Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of employees and executives traveling globally. You will be responsible for coordinating international travel security and risk mitigation projects, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective solutions to mitigate them.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and control all ongoing missions, taking significant responsibility in their preparation.
  • Communicate directly with teams, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders during emergency and routine situations.
  • Understand, compile, and follow established security procedures to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Document mission details and update work management software to maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct detailed written and verbal situation briefings, both internally and externally, to keep stakeholders informed.
Requirements:
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Strong operational thinking and judgment, with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Clear, effective communication and decision-making skills, even in fast-paced conditions.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a demanding environment.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality, with strong cultural sensitivity.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and client/work management platforms.
