Comprehensive Occupational Therapy Specialist

The Role is a vital component of our team, focusing on providing comprehensive occupational therapy services to children with various developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's abilities using standardized tools and clinical observations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and child/family goals.
- Provide direct occupational therapy interventions, including activities, sensory integration techniques, and adaptive equipment training.
- Collaborate with parents/caregivers to develop home programs and provide education and training on therapeutic techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in the country of operation.
- Experience working with children with various developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges.
- Knowledge of pediatric assessment tools and treatment techniques.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
