Our organization is seeking a seasoned Team Manager to spearhead our Revenue Cycle Management operations in the US Healthcare sector. This individual will oversee a high-performing team of medical billing professionals, responsible for end-to-end RCM activities.
The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong hands-on expertise in NextGen EMR/PM systems and proven leadership skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of medical billing professionals.
- Ensuring accurate charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.
- Monitoring team performance and ensuring SLAs, quality, and productivity benchmarks are met.
- Handling escalations and providing resolution support for complex billing issues.
- Collaborating with management to drive process improvements and client satisfaction.
- Training team members on NextGen and billing best practices.
Requirements: Experience: 5–7 years in US Healthcare Medical Billing; Strong knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management processes; Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment; willingness to work Night Shift (US Hours).
