Product Development Associate

In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise in product development and optimization by utilizing user research, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will contribute to the team by developing innovative products that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery. This includes considering upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the product development life cycle, including discovery and requirements definition. Proficiency in data analytics and data literacy is also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities
  • Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics
  • Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis
  • Develop requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle
  • Experience in product life cycle activities, including discovery and requirements definition
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
