Job Overview

The Technical Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality technical service to clients.

This position involves coordinating and managing the delivery of technical services, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating service delivery: Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Managing customer relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through exceptional communication and support.
  • Monitoring service performance: Regularly assess and evaluate service performance to ensure it meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of service delivery, including reports, incident logs, and other relevant documentation.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify areas for enhancement in service delivery processes and propose recommendations for process improvements.

Accountability and Decision-Making: As the default work planner, this role has access to team member qualifications and skills information, enabling informed decisions on work assignments.

Prioritization: Key priorities for this team include addressing Priority 1 incidents and Urgent changes, followed by Production work, incidents, standard changes, and other commitments already made.

Candidate Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience in infrastructure delivery services, and proficiency in working with technical teams.

Languages and Certification: English Business Fluent is required, with additional languages being an asset. Support hours are available during US/UK time zones.

Education and Training: A combination of IT Tech Certification in Infrastructure, Cloud, and related technologies, along with ITIL v4 and ITIL V4 Practices certification, is highly desirable.
