Senior Software Engineer - AI Systems

Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, algorithm design, or systems-level programming.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with at least 4 years of experience, is required.

The selected individual should be able to write clear, concise, and technically challenging algorithmic code.

A deep understanding of algorithmic complexity, performance optimization, and computational constraints is essential.

Experience with test automation, benchmark creation, or complex systems evaluation is highly desirable.

Familiarity with modern software data formats (e.g., JSON, YAML) and version-controlled codebases is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement efficient algorithms for AI system development.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance model capabilities and deploy AI applications.
  3. Contribute to the development of ALAN, our AI-powered platform.
  4. Ensure high-quality code and adherence to industry standards.
  5. Participate in test automation, benchmark creation, and complex systems evaluation.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, algorithm design, or systems-level programming.
  2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, with at least 4 years of experience.
  3. Proven ability to write clear, concise, and technically challenging algorithmic code.
  4. Deep understanding of algorithmic complexity, performance optimization, and computational constraints.
  5. Experience with test automation, benchmark creation, or complex systems evaluation is highly desirable.
  6. Familiarity with modern software data formats (e.g., JSON, YAML) and version-controlled codebases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate expertise in at least four areas, including Core Data Structures, Algorithmic Paradigms, Graph Algorithms, Mathematics & Number Theory, String Processing, and Advanced Topics.
