Identity Management Professional

We are seeking a seasoned professional to support and maintain our Identity and Access Management (IAM) platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in SailPoint solutions, and experience with incident management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve Level 2 issues, troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint IdentityIQ problems.
  • Develop, modify, and maintain SailPoint workflows, rules, and connectors.
  • Monitor IAM platform performance and perform routine health checks.
  • Collaborate with Level 3 teams for escalations and complex problem resolution.
  • Support user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and fixes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development and operations.
  • Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML, and SailPoint APIs.
  • Experience in IAM operations, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of IT security and compliance best practices.
