
HR Administrative Assistant

This internship presents a unique opportunity to support our HR team in handling essential administrative tasks, including timesheet management, follow-ups, and coordination with different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timesheet Management: Collect, verify, and update employee timesheets on a regular basis.
- Follow-Ups & Coordination: Follow up with employees for document submissions, pending timesheets, or HR-related information.
- Administrative Support: Assist with employee record maintenance (physical & digital), help prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
- General HR Support: Assist in organizing HR-related meetings, events, or training sessions, maintain inventory of HR supplies and forms, and support any ad-hoc administrative tasks or projects.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
