About Our Team:
\Our team provides strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations, analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data to inform decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
\- Lead research and analysis on public health areas, collecting and synthesizing information from multiple sources.
- Manage databases and repositories, updating them regularly.
- Apply data management and M&E activities.
- Execute research and MLE activities, including quantitative surveys and qualitative impact stories.
- Develop and deploy strategic tools and frameworks for conducting primary and secondary research.
- Collect, evaluate, and synthesize information from multiple sources, summarizing it in reports and presentations.
- Track developments, trends, and literature, identifying relevant sources and presenting data succinctly.
- Mentor reportees, ensuring optimal team bandwidth utilization.
- Manage key client accounts and engagements, providing proactive solutioning on business problems.
Requirements:
\We seek individuals who enjoy complex problem-solving and creating transformative solutions in healthcare, diseases research, Nutrition, Family Planning, Maternal and Child Health, Climate and health, and Gender Equity.
Candidates should have:
\- 7-12 years of experience in public health research in India and globally.
- Masters/ MA in Public Health.
- Excellent consulting, research, MLE, data analysis, and writing capabilities.
- Experience with strategy execution, measurement, review, and adjustment is preferable.
- Strong oral, facilitation, and written communication skills.
- Past Experience of handling a team.
- Knowledge of analytical and visualization software, e.g., STATA, R, Atlas ti, Power BI.
- Ability to conduct literature reviews and systematic reviews and meta-analysis is preferred.
- Independence, sensitivity across barriers such as language, culture, and distance.
