Airline Ground Staff Vacancy

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill our Airline Ground Staff position.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of flights.

As an Airline Ground Staff member, you will be responsible for providing assistance to passengers, handling baggage, and performing various other tasks related to airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: Greet and assist passengers with their queries, provide information on flight schedules, and handle any issues that may arise.
  • Baggage Handling: Ensure that all luggage is properly handled, stored, and loaded onto aircraft.
  • Airport Operations: Perform various tasks related to airport operations, such as cleaning, maintenance, and general upkeep.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other ground staff members to ensure seamless airport operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: 10th or 12th pass can apply. Any degree or diploma is preferred.
  • Skill Set: Good communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, and basic knowledge of English language.
  • Personal Qualities: Friendly, approachable, and punctual individual with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
