Director of Insurance Sales

Job Summary:
">- Drive sales of life insurance products through effective prospecting, relationship management, and customer servicing.
- Maintain daily sales reports and track competitor activities.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and provide post-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with channel partners and provide product knowledge to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
">Sales & Business Development:
- Generate leads, acquire new customers, and cross-sell life insurance products.
- Recommend suitable life insurance solutions based on customer financial needs.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
">Requirements:
- Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
- 1-7 years of experience in BFSI/insurance/financial products sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, sales-driven with target orientation, good understanding of financial/insurance products, negotiation and persuasion skills, and ability to work independently and in a team.
