Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex reports using advanced Excel functions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing proactive support, addressing concerns, and offering personalized solutions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel formulas and functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), Pivot Tables, Charts, and text manipulation.
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with proper grammar and spelling, as well as proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
