Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced project manager to oversee architecture design and build projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.

The key objective is to deliver high-quality projects within budget and timeframe while ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders and team members.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project goals are understood and achieved.
  • Identify and manage project changes and issues in a timely manner.
  • Effectively manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in project management in architecture design.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
