Subject Teacher – Senior Secondary - Political Science & Legal Studies

Department: Senior Secondary (Grd 11 & 12) CBSE Board

The primary purpose of a subject teacher is to provide instruction, guidance, and support to students in specific subject areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lesson Delivery: Ensure the lesson plan is followed along with resources and activities. Maintain a safe and productive environment.
  2. Student Administration: Maintain discipline, promote student participation, and assist students in improving study habits.
  3. Classroom Functioning: Create an effective learning environment and maintain a positive relationship with parents.
Secondary Responsibilities:
  1. Administration / School Policies: Compile, maintain, and ensure confidentiality of school records, adhere to policies, and participate in professional development.
  2. Work Relations: Interface with Principal, Co-teachers, Admin, Finance, HR, Technology for operational issues.
Expected Qualifications and Competencies:
  1. Graduate & Post Graduate Degree in Geography with B. Ed (mandatory)
  2. Communication and Positive approach
