Key Responsibilities

">
  • Create innovative concepts and mechanisms for product design.">
  • Coordinate prototypes, FOT approvals, and production process awareness.">
  • Develop component lifecycle management strategies.">
  • Design injection molding, sheet metal designs, and castings.">
  • Apply plastic material knowledge and selection criteria.">
  • Have good knowledge of manufacturing processes.">
  • Work with 3D modeling tools like Solidworks or Creo.">
  • Perform FEM simulation and GD&T applications.">
  • Process knowledge of ECN/ECR and SAP PDM.">
  • Experience in pneumatics and fluid dynamics is preferred.">

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering.">
  • At least 6 years of experience in product design.">
  • Hands-on expertise in 3D modeling.">
  • Familiarity with CAD software and drafting techniques.">
  • Good understanding of materials science and manufacturing processes.">
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.">
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
