Designing Innovative Process Equipment

We seek a seasoned mechanical design engineer to lead the development of complex process equipment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Apply fundamental principles of mechanics to design and analyze pressure vessels, reactors, and storage tanks.
  • Analyze structural integrity using Finite Element Analysis (FEA) with tools like ANSYS or SolidWorks Simulation.
  • Create detailed fabrication drawings, including welding details and isometric piping drawings.
  • Develop accurate design dossiers, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and as-built drawings for compliance.
  • Collaborate with fabrication teams during inspections and client acceptance tests.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in process equipment design for biotech, pharma, chemical, or food industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASME U stamp and certified fabrication environments.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Codeware Compress.
