Job Opportunity: Onboarding Specialist

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Specialists play a crucial role in enhancing clients' recruitment and onboarding processes using SAP SuccessFactors technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to analyze their recruitment and onboarding processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions using SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Lead and participate in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment modules, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients to ensure effective use and adoption of implemented modules.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement services to clients.
  • Collaborate with other SAP SuccessFactors consultants and teams to integrate Onboarding and Recruitment modules with HR processes and systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features, releases, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and Recruitment module implementation.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices in recruitment and onboarding.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex business requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification in ONB20 and RCM is required.

This role requires strong technical knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, excellent communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to drive business results.
