Job Title: Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering world-class user experiences that meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead design for our ML platform, evolving the design of the current platform and driving the future vision to ensure it's cohesive for all users
  • Develop fluency in modern design tools and processes, with skills in facilitation, research, interaction design, and visual design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to create design artifacts, from initial discovery and user journey mapping through to the execution of final UI design details
  • Deeply understand the users you're designing for, both customers and internal operations team, and strive to understand the what, why, and how of the problems you're solving for
  • Communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization, both one-on-one and through group presentations
  • Work closely with PMs, Engineers, Data engineers, and Data scientists to ensure the teams are shipping great designs and are deeply involved throughout the design process
  • Execute and advocate for polished, intuitive, and accessible user experiences, balancing ideal experience with technical constraints, experimentation strategy, or business risk
  • Help raise the bar for design at Madison Logic and regularly work with product leadership to ensure long-term strategy, business goals, and experience quality are aligned
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on product design experience working across the entire product development lifecycle, with a portfolio showing deep expertise designing B2B products and the unique challenges they represent
  • Experience working within cross-functional team structures, partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers, and driving a collaborative and psychologically safe culture
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Passion for inclusive design and accessibility, with a commitment to designing with all users in mind
  • Action-oriented, with the ability to run workshops or lead remote collaboration sessions with cross-functional groups
  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits

Madison Logic offers a competitive salary range of ₹22,00,000 - ₹24,00,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including discretionary bonuses and incentive pay, to ensure that our team members are equitably compensated for their work.
