Job Title: Airport Operations Control Centre Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage the day-to-day functioning of our Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in airport operations, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The AOCC Manager will be responsible for synchronizing the performance of all airport processes and sub-processes to achieve quality, efficiency, and punctuality objectives.
  • This includes managing passenger, baggage, aircraft, and information in real-time to ensure smooth airport operations. They will implement management-approved Standard Operating Procedures and conduct daily audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for allocating resources effectively, conducting operations in accordance with regulations, and monitoring the performance of AOCC stakeholders.
  • They will play a key role in ensuring that all airport processes function well and that passengers receive accurate and timely information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., aviation, business administration)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in airport operations or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Miscellaneous:

  • Duty to continuously monitor AOCC stakeholders' performance as per process defined.
  • Continuous improvement of airport processes/resources proactively to prevent operational bottlenecks.
