Job Overview:

The role of Associate Director, Production is a senior leadership position that oversees the end-to-end production process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong production background and excellent client-servicing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all stages of production projects, including pre-production, production, and post-production.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Mentor and empower a team of creative producers, fostering their growth and development.
  • Maintain high standards of creative and production output, meeting client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor coordination to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7-10 years of experience in production and client servicing, preferably within BFSI sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
