  2. A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in relevant software packages, including STAAD Pro, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
