Job Description

The successful candidate will assist in planning and executing construction projects, working closely with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth coordination between all departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and executing construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring that work is carried out according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Material Management: Manage and monitor the procurement of construction materials and equipment, ensuring their timely availability for project requirements.
  • Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all workers.
  • Reporting: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, communicating with senior engineers and stakeholders about project status, issues, and milestones.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹6-8 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and location.
