Seafood Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to oversee seafood processing operations, maintain international compliance, and ensure shipments meet the highest quality standards for EU, US, and Asian markets.

  • Supervise and organize seafood processing procedures in line with global standards.
  • Ensure compliance with export documentation for various countries.
  • Conduct and manage laboratory tests (microbiological, histamine, and related parameters).
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities for certifications and matters.
  • Implement and monitor food safety and quality assurance systems.
  • Maintain accurate records for traceability and audits.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Microbiology or Fisheries Science (acceptable by regulatory bodies).

Skills:
Strong knowledge of seafood processing and export regulations.
Hands-on experience in laboratory testing related to seafood shipments.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of one or more local languages preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage compliance documentation.
