As a key member of our organization, we are seeking an experienced Litigation Specialist to lead our litigation efforts. With 4–7 years of experience in patent disputes, you will represent clients in complex court cases and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in patent litigation matters before various courts
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
  • Assist senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial support
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients regarding case status and strategy
  • Stay updated with developments in patent law and procedural rules

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology
  • Admission to the Bar in your state/country and in good standing
  • 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation
  • Strong familiarity with patent law and procedures
  • Experience with High Court procedures and litigation processes
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills

Prior experience with patent prosecution and technology-related litigation beyond patent matters is highly desirable.
