Estimation Engineer Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced estimation professional.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and machinery estimation, with excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MS Office.

They will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for machined and fabricated components, analyzing technical drawings and specifications to develop BOQs, and coordinating with design, procurement, and sales teams for project costing.

Additional responsibilities include engaging in reverse engineering and estimation for new developments, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing vendor pricing.

Maintaining and updating cost databases for bought-out items will also be an essential part of the role.

The successful candidate will have a diploma or degree in mechanical engineering and 2-5 years of experience in a similar field.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
